Welcome to Life Drawing in Melbourne CBD. If you’ve drawn with us before at No Vacancy Gallery (2008-2015) or Missing Persons (2016-2023) in the Nicholas Building, you’ll be pleased to know that we’ve relocated to Coates Community Arts in the Coates Building.
Join us for our weekly life drawing classes held at Coates Community Arts, situated in Suite 6, Level 4, 20 Collins Street, Naarm / Melbourne. Check out the where page for PT and parking options.
Our Life Drawing sessions run every Tuesday and Wednesday from 7-9pm, except on public holidays. Secure your spot for $21, inclusive of art supplies. Drawing paper and materials are provided.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before 7:00pm to settle in. Doors open at 6:30pm, and we encourage you to arrive early for a relaxed start.
In 2024, we offer online bookings through ‘TryBooking’. Walk-ins are also welcome, and we accept both cash and card payments.
We have some exciting news! In April, we’re collaborating with the Melbourne Museum to present a Titanic inspired figure drawing session during their Museum After Dark event ‘Nocturnal: Bells & Whistles’. Join us on 11 April, 6-9pm. Get tickets here.
